Elnaz has made both sculptural forms and domestic objects since high school. She learned about European art history during her ceramic mentorship in Tehran and became fascinated by Abstract art, Minimalism and Modernism, especially the works of Helen Frankenthaler and Joan Miro.  \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\" data-mce-style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eElnaz is interested in active meditative engagement with clay and the idea of art for everyday life. She likes to blur the threshold between art and craft as well as eastern and western aesthetics.
